Champion offers intercollegiate basketball for men. The Tigers play a full schedule of games against a variety of opponents.
The Champion Baptist Tigers men's basketball team is a member of the ACCA II but does not participate in any particular league or conference, which makes Champion an independent team. Because of this, the Tigers play a wide array of teams ranging from NCAA II to ACCA (Association of Christian College Athletics). Within the ACCA, Champion may participate in the post season tournament for a chance at the National Championship. Eligibility is based on our win/loss record and strength of schedule. This year, the Champion Baptist Tigers place third at the Div. II National ACCA Tournamnent in Oklahoma City, OK. We invite you to read the tournament summary by Head Coach Clint Fredericks.
